NTG, what version Omnia do you own? And are you using a cooked rom? That could be the culprit. Try to install it in MyStorage. Then rename file. Then try to run the game.

I ve seen it on the I phone before. Thought it wouldnt work cause i heard the omnia doesnt have a 3D-chip. But it works perfectly! Just delete av.exe and have fun.

Normally, the accelerometer will turn on automatically when you run the game
if it doesn’t… follow this
go to Settings > System tab > Motion Sensor > select “Automatic”
in game option, change control mode to accelerometer (click on menu that has pointer image on it)

Hi Admin,
I’m quite a nerd in installing cab files. I downloaded the program, open the rar file, copied into my laptop folder to sync with my omnia, but when I open, I see a lot of file extensions that I do not recognize.
Can you teach me how to get it installed? Managed to install the other game Diamond properly.

francis, open the rar file in your laptop then copy the extract file into your device then go to your file explorer in your device and tap the file from there, and voila it will install itself, hopefully it helps.

You will need to access & delete the exe file using active sync on your PC
you will not be able to do so via the phone itself
go to program files/ Gameloft/ Asphalt 4
There you will be able to see the av.exe file that you will need to delete
simply click on it with your mouse right click & select delete.
now when you go to the game via the phone it will now run.

Works great on my Verizon i910. I didnt have enough room on My Device, so i installed it on my storage and it seems to work. Some of you guys having problems arent doing it right. Once you unzip the Rar file on your laptop, take the folder you get and transfer it to your phone’s memory. Then go in File Explorer on your phone, find the folder, open it, and click on the file inside. It will start to install a cab. Once that is done, go back to File Explorer to My Device. Go to Program Files, find the one that says Gameloft, open it, then open the asphalt folder, then you will see two av files. delete the one that is an exe (mine didnt show the exe part, but when I clicked on the other it said av.(something else), so by process of elimination I knew it was the other one. Once you do that, go all the way back to your main menu of your phone, go to programs, and you will see your game there. Start it, and you are good to go. No codes are necessary. Not sure if you need Java for this one or not, but in case you do, google “Jblend”, it is a Java alternative that works on the Omnia. Thank you admin!

Im not new to installing games, ive already downloaded +20 games but this game has a prob for me. i cant even SEND it to my phone!
this is what happens.
Just when i try te’ copy paste or simply move it there, an error comes up in winRAR says :

doesn’t matter where you copy the cab file…..
4 myself i create a new folder called “Others”,and i copy every cab file there….
in this way,i always know,where to find them..
u just need to install the cab file,
after the installation,go to the game folder,and delete “Av exe”
that is all,u can use the game…..
