BatteryZzz : Audible Battery Indicator for Omnia
Categories: Utility Applications
It is similar to waking up with an alarm clock sound instead of waking up every hour and watching at the clock
BatteryZzz is a small but very convenient battery control utility which works like an audible battery indicator. It warns you with a sound signal about discharge and full charge of the battery on your Windows Mobile phone or Pocket PC device. Unlike other Windows Mobile battery indicators or meters, BatteryZzz is the first application that plays a low battery warning sound which easily attracts attention. So with this battery software, unlike the standard warning message, you will never miss the moment of your battery critical discharge.

Features:
- regularly checks battery status
- plays a sound alarm when the battery is low or fully charged
- flexible low battery alert settings and sound volumes
- convenient thumb navigation
Compatibility:
- Omnia i9xx Series
- Omnia II i8000

Yes and with SPB Mobile shell i can see the % power left in the batterie…
P.S. You can get SPB free at http://www.isohunt.com

In the settings part of the main menu it will show you % of battery remaining as well, without needing SPB Mobile Shell

I thought this program will turn off the full battery alert. I didn’t work, my omnia woke me up last night. Any suggestions beside silencing the phone?

”
Update: Some reader pointed out that certain version of Omnia can change the low battery sound directly in option (Settings -> Personal -> Sound and Notification), you can change to a blank quiet.wav, and you can disable it, depends on model.
If you don’t see it, go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\{A877D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\
Add a stringvalue with valuename: “Default” and valuedate “lowbatterywarning”
try the above again.

I dont understand why u even want this program, the more programs u install the more programs u’ll be loading when using the phone means less battery life.
who would need an alarm for battery full? to wake u up in middle of night?
there isn’t much software u need on this phone besides the GPS, and games.
i did get the slide to unlock thing that sort of does show u when battery is full, which i found it pretty useful compare to this software.
but this is just my opinion so u dont have to take it if u dont like it.
