if u wanted to “set me up” in a way that you post like my nick… try harder next time… and write at least 100% correct imitation of my nick… with an R in the end… By writting “7th” and not even being able to write full name correctly.. you should consider if your intelligence doesnt have issues. Read a book or five, and go to society among ppl, it should do you good, will help you grow up.

So this could be a pretty cool app, but it is very involved and rather confusing. I’m sure if one wanted to spend the time to figure it all out it could be useful. I wanted to try it out primarily for the breakdown of what exercise to do for certain muscle groups, like the pictures up top show… “Tap a muscle group to see related exercises.” This feature has to be purchased though. I don’t think it’s very expensive but it’s not something I want bad enough to pay for.

I downloaded it. The serial program has some trojan horse virus and Norton Internet Security automatically deleted it. I still installed the CAB file but it’s only a trial version.
Any way around this?
